Puppies should be wormed at a regular two week onterval until 12 weeks or more, if you obtain your new puppy before 12 weeks, ensure that a worming plan has been put in place and that you are informed of the type of wormer that has been administered, I prefer a wormer that safegaurds against lungworm and heartworm, be aware that not all wormers cover lung and heartworm so do seek your vets advice on brand. The puppy should have its final full vaccination from 10 - 12 weeks depending on brand and administration of the first vaccine. it is vitally important that the 2nd vaccine is administered otherwise your pet may not be fully protected.
